MH Mohd Industries - Recipe

Char Kuey Teow

Ingredients

1 packet soaked Kuey Teow
10 large prawns
1/2 cup boiled cockle meat
2 eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup chive
1 cup bean sprout
fried onion
1 table spoon boh chili
3 cloves garlic and 2 cloves shallot, finely crushed
1 tablespoon MH Mohd sweet and creamy soy sauce, MH Mohd salty soy sauce, thick soy sauce.
1 teaspoon anchovy flavouring
salt and sugar as required
oil for frying

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a frying pan
  2. Fry onions until fragrant, add in the boh chili and prawns. Stir for a short while with a high flame
  3. Add the eggs, stir, and then add the kuey teow and cockles.
  4. Add all flavourings and stir with a medium flame.
  5. Finally, add the bean sprout and chive.
  6. Place the kuey teow in a bowl and sprinkle fried onions, and finely sliced spring onions and chinese parsley
  7. Serve hot with pickled chili
spices
