Sweet Sour Fish - Sea Bass

Ingredients
1 whole sea bass
1 inch ginger, sliced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tablespoons chili boh
½ cup Fatina Pineapple Sauce
½ cup MH Mohd Chili Sauce
1 tablespoon MH Mohd Oyster Sauce
1 tomato, cut in four (wedges)
1 large onion cut in six (wedges)
1 red or green capsicum, cut in cubes
salt and sugar as required
oil for frying
chinese parsley and spring onion for decoration

Directions
- Smear the fish with salt and deep fry until crispy. Remove from
frying pan and keep aside in a serving plate
- Fry the garlic, ginger and chili boh until fragrant. Add sauce and
other ingredients
- Pour this sauce on the fish and decorate with the chinese parsley
and spring onion
