Daging Masak Kicap Berjintan

Bahan-bahan

➡️ ½ kg daging- potong nipis

➡️ 2 bj bawang besar- mayang halus

➡️ 3 ulas bwg putih – tumbuk

➡️ 1 inch halia – tumbuk

➡️ 4 sb cili boh

➡️ 4 sb kicap pekat – agak2 je ni, kalau xcukup hitam, letak byk lg

➡️ 1 sk jintan manis

➡️ 1 sk jintan putih

➡️ 1/2 c air asam jawa

Cara Penyediaan

Langkah 1:

Tumis bawang dan halia hingga naik bau.

Langkah 2:

Masukkan cili boh dan tumis sampai pecah minyak. Masukkan jintan dan tumis kejap.

Langkah 3:

Masukkan daging dan air. Biar sampai empuk.

Langkah 4:

Masukkan kicap dan air asam jawa. Perasakan garam.

Langkah 5:

Kalau rajin blh hias dgn hirisan cili merah dan bawang besar potong bulat2

Langkah 6:

Sedia untuk di hidang.Selamat mencuba.
