Masak Kicap Ikan Tenggiri

Bahan-Bahan

➡️ 500 gm ikan tenggiri

➡️ 1/2 cawan kicap pekat manis MH Mohd

➡️ 4 s/b sos tomato

➡️ 1 cawan minyak

➡️ 1 s/b kunyit

➡️ 1 s/k garam

Bahan Hiris
➡️ 1 labu bawang besar
➡️ 2 ulas bawang putih
➡️ 1 inci halia
➡️ 2 biji cili hijau
➡️ 2 biji cili merah

Cara Penyediaan

1️⃣ Ikan dibersihkan dan digaulkan dengan kunyit dan sedikit garam.

2️⃣ Gorengkan saperti biasa tetapi jangan garing.

3️⃣ Keluarkan separuh minyak dan masukkan bahan yg dihiriskan. Kacau rata.

4️⃣ Masukkan kicap, sos tomato dan kacau rata.

5️⃣ Masukkan lada hitam dan gaulkan rata. Rasakan garamnya.[selalunya takperlu masukkan garam]

6️⃣ Tuangkan kuah atas ikan didalam pinggan dan hidangkan.
